I believe in the power of meaningful travel—journeys that connect us to culture, community, and the deeper questions in life. Through Travel on Purpose, I curate experiences that go beyond sightseeing. I want people to encounter beauty, engage with stories of hope, and witness firsthand how God is at work in places near and far.
Because of my personal relationship with Jesus, I am compelled to shine a light on good work happening around the world—initiatives that bring restoration, dignity, and transformation. I love creating space for travelers to engage in conversations around purpose, identity, and mutual flourishing.
Before launching Travel on Purpose, I spent years working in international non-profit development, teaching, travel writing and planning events for women. I homeschooled our two boys while weaving in travel and philanthropy across more than 50 countries. My family shared those global adventures on our award-winning blog, OurEDventures.
Today, my husband Steve and I live in San Diego with our sons and our sweet English cream retriever, Isabelle. I continue to be energized by connecting people, building community, and encouraging others toward compassion, generosity, and a more meaningful way of engaging with the world.
Let’s explore, grow, and seek mutual flourishing—together.
